What we check before shipping to you
The most sought-after objects are also the most copied. Rather than writing “100% authentic” and asking you to take our word for it, here is exactly what we inspect, product by product — and what our guarantee does not cover.
Labubu figures: six checks before shipping
Every figure goes through the same list: the nine pointed teeth in a single upper row, the Pop Mart QR authentication card (included on all production after January 2024), the holographic packaging sticker that shifts colour when tilted, a sealed box weight between 78 and 84 grams, clean paint edges, and the matte carton finish.
A box whose QR code returns “already activated” on first scan does not ship: either it was opened beforehand, or it isn't an official piece. Either way, it isn't what you ordered.
Mirumi: an electronic check, not just a visual one
A Mirumi copy is rarely identifiable from a photo — it shows up in use. So we verify that the electronics genuinely respond: reaction to touch on the head sensor, reaction to sound, non-repetitive movement, and working USB-C charging.
The stated specifications are the manufacturer's: roughly 14 cm, 155 g, ABS body with TPU arms, lithium-polymer battery giving about 8 hours of use for 2 hours of charging.
Jelly Firkin bags: a material guarantee, not a brand one
Let's be precise, because the word “authentic” means nothing here: a Jelly Firkin bag is not a branded item. It is an unsigned homage to a famous silhouette, logo-free and unambiguous — neither a counterfeit nor a luxury house product.
Our guarantee therefore covers what can actually be verified: recycled TPU rather than low-grade PVC, structure held both empty and full, interior pocket present, padlock and clochette correct, and the stated 35 × 15 × 27 cm dimensions.
Our status, stated plainly
MIRUMI is a reseller. We are neither an official Yukai Engineering distributor nor an authorised Pop Mart retailer, and we don't claim to be — plenty of shops claim it without being it, which is exactly what muddies this market.
What we guarantee is different, and verifiable: the pieces we ship are inspected one by one against the criteria above.
If an item doesn't match
Free returns within 30 days across the catalogue. If you believe a piece you received doesn't match this page, write to us with photos: we take the item back and refund in full, return shipping included.
One exception, inherent to the format: an opened blind box cannot be taken back, since the surprise — the product itself — has been consumed. While the box is sealed, returns remain open.
