Standard delivery

Free on all orders. 2 to 4 business days in Switzerland and Europe, 4 to 7 days for the rest of the world.

Returns

Free within 30 days. Download your label from your account or via our portal. Refund within 5 days of receipt.

Exceptions

Consumable products cannot be taken back or refunded once the packaging has been opened. For an item sold as a set or bundle, an opened package is only eligible for a partial refund.

Size exchange

Send the item back and place a new order. We refund the first one upon receipt.
