Scope
These terms govern all sales concluded between MIRUMI SARL and any customer via this site.
Orders
Any order implies acceptance of these terms. The order is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Prices
Prices are shown in CHF, including Swiss VAT of 8.1% for Switzerland. For other destinations, the applicable VAT is added to the order.
Delivery
Timeframes detailed in the Delivery & returns section of the Help centre. Any delays do not give rise to cancellation.
Right of withdrawal
You have 30 days to return any order, from the date of receipt. Return costs are covered by MIRUMI SARL.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Consumable products (foodstuffs, cosmetics, hygiene items and articles sealed for health reasons) can be neither returned nor refunded once the packaging has been opened. For other products sold as a set or bundle, opening the packaging rules out a full refund: only a partial refund, calculated pro rata for the items that remain unopened and resellable as is, may be granted.
Warranty
Legal warranty of conformity applies, excluding normal wear and poor maintenance.
